The G/L Direct Trial Balance grid lets you examine the balances in both the accounts and tax codes in your trial balance. A drill-down feature lets you review and edit the entries that make up the balances in the accounts and tax codes.
You can quickly navigate between trial balances and tax return input. The Quiklink command takes you to the line on the return where the amount of the selected account or tax code is found. The find feature lets you explore the grid to find areas of interest or problematic entries. You also can preview or print trial balance workpapers, which can be helpful when you finalize your trial balances in preparation for printing tax returns.
